Confidential test terms

1. Who we are
MLSP Sideline is operated by USAnalytix LLC ("we"). During the private test phase, access is by personal invitation only. The test is free of charge. These test terms apply in addition to the terms of service.
2. Confidentiality
Everything you see in the test (features, screens, how the service works, robot control, prices and plans) is confidential. You agree not to share it with anyone outside the test, not to publish or post about it, and not to take or share screenshots, screen recordings, photos or videos of the service. This lasts until we announce the service publicly, and in any case for 2 years.
3. Your lessons
Your own lesson video, notes and recordings belong to you and your coach. You may keep and use your own training footage privately, but please don't show the service's screens or controls.
4. Test service
The service is a test version. It may change, have errors or be unavailable, and data may be reset. Don't rely on it for anything critical. Our liability during the test is set out in the terms of service.
5. Feedback
We'd love your feedback. Answering the surveys is voluntary. You agree that we may use your suggestions to improve the service without owing you anything.
6. Your data
We use your account details, lesson data and feedback to run the test and improve the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time, or ask us at info@mlsp-shop.com.
7. Ending the test
We may end the test or your access at any time. You may leave at any time. Sections 2 and 5 continue to apply.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
