Terms of service

1. The service

MLSP Sideline lets a student stream their training live to a coach, who watches and talks to them in real time, with tools such as snapshots with drawing, marked moments, notes, drill timers and local recording. It also offers a coach directory, bookings, messages and calls.

We provide the technical platform only. Coaching contracts (content, schedule and fees of lessons) are made directly between the student and the coach. We are not a party to them, are not responsible for the coach's instruction, and do not collect coaching fees.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the service. Please give correct information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, who then accepts these terms on your behalf. Children under 13 may not use the service.

Student accounts are for one person. Coach accounts are free.

3. Private test phase

While the service is in its private test phase, it is free of charge, available by invitation only, and the confidential test terms apply in addition to these terms. The test version may change, contain errors or be unavailable at times, and test data may be reset.

4. Prices and payment

After the test phase, students need a subscription to start and take lessons. Current prices are shown on the pricing page, currently €14.99 ($17.49) per month or €74.99 ($87.49) for 6 months. For consumers, prices include VAT where it applies.

Payment is made in advance for each billing period through our payment provider Stripe, by card or another method offered at checkout. Invoices are available in your account.

Coach accounts are free. Lesson fees are agreed and paid directly between student and coach.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

Monthly plan: runs for one month and renews by one month each time. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month you have paid for.

6-month plan: runs for an initial 6 months. If you don't cancel before it ends, it then continues for an indefinite period, and you can cancel it at any time with one month's notice. If you have paid for a period beyond the date your cancellation takes effect, we refund the unused part proportionally.

You can cancel on your subscription page, with the cancel contracts button (no login needed), or by email to info@mlsp-shop.com. We confirm every cancellation by email.

We may cancel a subscription with one month's notice to the end of a billing period. The right of both parties to terminate for good cause is unaffected.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. The details and a model form are in the withdrawal notice. You can also use the withdraw from contract function.

If you ask us to start the subscription immediately, and you then withdraw, you pay an amount proportional to the service provided until you tell us that you withdraw.

7. Training safety

Training, riding and other sport involve risks. You train at your own risk and are responsible for a safe environment, suitable equipment (for example a riding helmet) and your own and your animals' condition. Stop whenever something feels unsafe; a remote coach cannot intervene physically.

Keep your phone, tripod, mount or robot in a safe place where it cannot disturb people or animals, and supervise robots while they move.

8. Your content and recordings

Video, audio, notes, snapshots and profile content remain yours. You give us the rights needed to transmit, store and display them for the purpose of providing the service to you and the people you share a lesson with.

Only record lessons with the knowledge of everyone in the picture, and don't share recordings of other people without their consent. The service shows a notice to everyone in the lesson while someone is recording.

Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, including qualifications and fees.

9. Acceptable use

• Don't use the service for anything illegal, harmful, harassing, discriminatory or sexually explicit.
• Don't share content that infringes other people's rights.
• Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or access the service in automated ways, and don't share your account.
• Protect minors: lessons with children require the knowledge and consent of their parents or guardians.

To report illegal content, write to info@mlsp-shop.com. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, taking the interests of everyone involved into account and informing the person affected with reasons.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but can't guarantee uninterrupted operation, for example during maintenance, internet or provider outages. Video quality depends on your devices and connection.

We may develop the service further and change features, as long as the main features of your subscription remain and the change is reasonable for you. We inform you in advance of significant changes.

11. Robots and third-party equipment

The service works with phones, tripods, tracking mounts and some robots you may already own, including PIXEM robots. We are not the manufacturer of this equipment and are not affiliated with MOVE'N SEE. Compatibility is provided as a courtesy, without guarantee that every device or firmware version works. Control of a robot through the service is at your own risk.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under a guarantee, and under product liability law.

For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation (one whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), and limited to the damage typically foreseeable when the contract was made. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.

During the free test phase, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.

These limits also apply to our representatives and helpers. Where the law of your country does not allow these limits, they apply only as far as that law permits.

13. Ending accounts

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings; an active subscription should be cancelled first. We may close free accounts with reasonable notice, and any account immediately for good cause, such as a serious breach of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for valid reasons, such as legal changes or new features. We will send you the changes at least 6 weeks before they take effect. If you don't object before then, the changes apply; we will point this out in our message. If you object, either party may end the contract. Changes to the main obligations, such as price or the core of the service, require your explicit consent.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you can bring claims in the courts there.

We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

16. Final provisions

These terms are available in English and German. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain valid.
